Taking a Breath

I just needed a moment to re-group during a stress-filled Friday morning.  As I breathe, I see my clock reads 11:11.  Ah....We All Are One! 

Whenever you see your clock read 1:11 or 11:11, take a moment and fill it with gratitude for the oneness of nature and human  nature.
