Are you a Conscious Parent?

Start now, and put your awareness where your mouth is. Have you said something you regret today? Have you imagined a worst-case scenario?  It's time to bring your awareness to your thoughts and feelings and choose to become conscious.  You can do it!  You will notice that if you act from the awareness of how you want to feel, that your relationships will flourish and your day will unfold with a sense of ease.
