What are your excuses not to journal? Identify them, and dissolve them! You do have the time and energy. Keep a small notebook with you or a stack of index cards. If you prefer, have a bound journal at your bedside. When you write down your dreams, desires, and goals, you set in motion the energy that is required to make them happen. Release your worries about doing this "right." Just write. Write in different places throughout the day or all at once. It will not matter.
