Soya Kaas plant based cheese is a rare treat for me. Generally, I make my own un-cheeses and enjoy the creative process and tasty results. When I received a beautiful bunch of arugula from our CSA Share, along with New Jersey tomatoes, I drummed up an image of a warm sandwich with tomatoes, wilted arugula and a cheesy substance. For convenience, I purchased SoyaKaas and was not disappointed. Sorry- I did not photograph my open faced sandwich before it disappeared.
