Why Eat Plant Based?

There are many reasons why I choose to eat a plant based diet.  About 3 years ago, I chose to try Dr. John McDougall's starch-based diet.  I bought his books and downloaded Mary's recipes, and frankly, loved it!

I had already been eating a flexitarian diet - which I would define as mostly plants and mostly organic.  The shift to eating starch-based-vegan was easy for me. 

My intention in my work as a Healthy Lifestyle Coach is to support my clients in achieving less-stress and more-success.  Eating plant based foods are quite simply, easier to digest than animal foods.  That alone creates less-stress in your body and a light fresh feeling that contributes to your success!  Try it and let me know how you feel.
